Puji syukur ke hadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa atas rahmat dan karunia-Nya sehingga buku ini dapat diselesaikan dan dihadirkan sebagai bagian dari upaya pengembangan pemikiran dan praktik pembelajaran yang humanis, reflektif, dan bermakna. Buku ini disusun berdasarkan kegelisahan akademik sekaligus pengalaman empirik penulis dalam mengamati bagaimana bahasa, interaksi, dan wacana guru atau dosen berperan penting dalam membentuk pengalaman belajar peserta didik. Buku ini memperkenalkan Model SHARINGPLUS, sebuah model pembelajaran yang lahir dari analisis wacana kritis terhadap praktik pengajaran di kelas, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. SHARINGPLUS memandang pembelajaran bukan sebagai proses transfer pengetahuan semata, melainkan sebagai rangkaian interaksi diskursif yang dinamis, berkelanjutan, dan saling terkait. Melalui tahapan Stimulating, Handled with Consensus, Appropriateness-Based, Revising, Illustrating, Negotiating, dan Goal-Oriented, model ini menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan kognitif, afektif, sosial, serta dimensi moral-spiritual dalam proses belajar. Buku ini disusun untuk memberikan landasan konseptual sekaligus panduan praktis bagi guru, dosen, mahasiswa pendidikan, dan peneliti yang tertarik pada pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis interaksi dan nilai-nilai humanistik. Setiap bab dirancang untuk menghubungkan teori, refleksi kritis, dan aplikasi pedagogis, sehingga pembaca dapat memahami SHARINGPLUS tidak hanya sebagai model teoretis, tetapi juga sebagai kerangka kerja yang aplikatif dan kontekstual. Penulis menyadari bahwa buku ini masih memiliki keterbatasan dan membuka ruang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut.
